I would like to invite you and your spouse to join Rhonda and me for a very special three days that will encourage you and help you in the ministry. The BILLY GRAHAM SCHOOL OF EVANGELISM is making it possible for Deaf pastors and their spouses to attend the SCHOOL OF EVANGELISM in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina at The Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove. The dates are Tuesday-Thursday, September 15-17, 2009. Excellent interpreters have been scheduled. Hearing pastors and their spouses are also invited and encouraged to attend. For many years Dr. Billy Graham has shown a special interest in Deaf people by providing interpreters and counselors to the Deaf at Crusades, close-captioning TV telecasts and providing TTY numbers for Deaf people to call at the end of the telecast for spiritual advice. His son, Franklin Graham, continues to carry this same burden for Deaf people. Five previous BILLY GRAHAM SCHOOLS OF EVANGELISM were attended by Deaf ministers and below are some of the Deaf ministers comments: "It was a great benefit for me to attend BGSOE as part of one family of God. There is no other place for the Deaf to have the opportunity to learn in depth about evangelism." California "Speakers were inspiring.
